Catering FAQs

What's the minimum order for catering?

Our minimum catering order is typically for 10 guests or more. Please contact our catering coordinator for specifics for your event!

How much notice do you need for a catering order?

We appreciate as much notice as possible! For most orders, 24-48 hours is preferred. For very large events, please contact us at least a week in advance.

Do you deliver? What's your delivery area?

Yes, delivery is available for catering orders above a certain size within a defined radius of our stores. Delivery fees may apply. Please discuss your needs with our coordinator.

What about dietary restrictions or allergies?

We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs! Please discuss any allergies or restrictions with our catering coordinator when placing your order so we can guide you through the best options.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations, we generally require at least 24 hours' notice. For larger orders, more notice may be needed. Please refer to your catering agreement or speak with our coordinator.
