Established in 2000 near downtown Salt Lake City, there are now 21 restaurants located in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Idaho with plans to expand to Nevada. Rumbi Island Grill creates the ultimate mealtime getaway with a blend of authentic fare, tropical ambiance, and quick, convenient service.
Rumbi Island Grill is distinguished by our fresh, healthy and full flavored menu. The menu includes fresh gourmet rice bowls, crisp salads, soup, sandwiches, burgers, and entrèes. Favorites include the Voodoo Chicken Salad and Hawaiian Teriyaki Rice Bowl, along with main entrèes like the Luau Pork Plate and Volcano-Blackened Mahi or Salmon. We also have several vegetarian options to choose from.
We never compromise on freshness. Our food is prepared daily with only the highest quality ingredients. Sauces, marinades and dressings are prepared from scratch. We only serve boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated and charbroiled to perfection. Our steak is hand trimmed and char-grilled. And vegetables are garden fresh!
Just recently, Rumbi Island Grill was honored for the eighth year in a row as Best of State in Utah in the Asian/Pacific category for casual dining.
